An illness which began May 27, and which persists at the presenb has prevented my response, in the fem of an affidavit, to the NRC Staffss Motion for Swey Disposition--CESG Contentions 1, 2, and 3, dated May 11, 1979 in a tinely way and may dailely affect my response to Applicant 8 s Motion for Suawy Disposition Respecting CESG.
