Dear Mr. Wilcox:
This is in reference to our request for airlift of filters from the State of 4ashington to Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

General Public Utilities (GPU) has agreed to pay for costs associated with moving these filters.
We have not yet received a bill of lading number from GPU or Metropolitan Edison. However, for expediency, we are authorizing initiation of the mission under NRC Luthorization (NRC authorization symbol 31X0200) pending receipt of the utility bill of lading number.
Coordination of any loading arrangements should be directly coordinated with John McTear (509/377-2351). Off-loading will be handled by Frank Palmer at the Three Mile Island site. Any other questions regarding the coordination of this mquest should be directed to Bernard Weiss (492-8111).
Please keep us informed with periodic progress reports, i.e.,
estimated time of departure, actual time of c aparture, expected time of arrival, etc.
