Dear Mr. Secretary:

I am writing to ask the cooperation of the Fish and Wildlife Service in evaluating the potential environmental impact on the Chesapeake Bay of a proposed discharge of treated radioactive waste-water from the Three Mile Island site on the Susquehanna River.

I have asked the Nuclear Regulatory Commission to share with you their baseline dat1 about the wastewater now in a containment building at Three Mile Island and the proposed treatment and dis-pesal contemplated.

I am pacticularly concemed about the health K the fish and wildlife i -h inhabit the Bay region and the eff' cts on them as a species of the proposed disposal.

A full report of the impact on Chesaper.

Bay fish and wildlife would be most helpful to me, other members of Congress and the pub-lic at large in understanding this situation.

I look forward to hearing from you.

With best wishes, Sincerely, q'/,
