Inspection and Enforcement Actions at Babcock and Wilcox Designed Operating Plants The following actions and instructinos have been placed in effect by the Office of Inspection and Enforecaent:
1.
Inspectors have been assigned to the site of operating Babcock and Wilcox designed nuclear power plants.
2.
A Temporary Instruction has been prepared outlining the inspectors' duties at these plants.
3.
The instructions place requirements on the inspector to perform the duties specified in the Temporary Instruction and assume duties equivalent to assigned resident inspectors.
4.
The instructions require the inspectors to assure that licensees are fulfilling the provisions of the NRC Sulletin of those plants.
Inspectors also will assure that licensees are aware, insofar as practicable, of the details of the Three Mile Island accident.
