Observations Regarding Licensee Operations:

Due to the nature of my assign =ents, I received little direct contact with the licensee, however, due to a prolonged attempt to track down an errant charcoal cartridge and due to typically long delays in receiving in-plant samples, I would suggest that a weakness exists in the area of sample ccordination.
