Withdrawal of the Solid Radioactive Waste Packaging Quality Assurance Program submitted for approval on February 16, 1979.

2.

Approval of the DLC Operational Quality Assurance Program as meeting the requirements of 10 CFR 71.51.

3.

A 60-day grace period be granted to allow preparation of the remainder of the detailed implementing pro-cedures before compliance is required.
