Docket No. 50-112 AMENDMENT TO INDEMNITY AGREEMENT NO. E-26 AMENDMENT NO. 9 Effective May 1,1979, Indemnity Agreement No. E-26, between The University of Oklahoma and the Atomic Energy Commission, dated November 23, 1962, as amended, is hereby further amended as follows:
Article III, Paragraph 4(b)(2) is amended by deleting the amount
"$140,000,000" and substituting therefor the amount "$160,000,000."
