Topic VIII-3. A:

Station Battery Testing In Reference (1), the NRC Staff transmitted to Northeast Nuclear Energy Company (NNECO) the above subject SEP draf t evaluation and required that NNECO examine it for its factual correctness.

In response to that request, our review has indicated that the draf t assessment is substantively correct with respect to the discussion of the Millstone surveillance requirements.
