SUMMARY

OF OPERATING EXPERIENCE OPERATION: The plant began and ended the month in cold shutdown for annual maintenance and surveillance testing.

The cycle 3 new fuel charge of 60 assemblies of 3.1w/o was received.

The program for feedwater heater and condenser tube inspection, cleaning and plugging commenced.

MAJOR SAFETY-RELATED MAINTENANCE: Work continued on improvement modifications to the plant Security and Fire Protection Systems.

Local leak rate testing of containment penetrations commenced.

Integrated leak rate testing of the containment commenced.

The pipe support anchor bolt survey for Class 1 pipe hangers commencad.

Reactcr coolant pump seal inspection and seal replacement was completed.

The emergency diesel generator set preventative maintenance work was completed.

LICENSE CHANGES: None MISCELLANEOUS: The west circulating water pump motor electrical circuit was repaired.
