Reid transmitting forty (40) copies of Chapter D.2.2 (QA Program-Operations) of the JAFNPP FSAR.

Beid, Chief, Operating Reactors Branch #4, Division of Reactor Licensing, NRC to G. T. Berry in which the NRC accepted Chapter D.2.2 of the FSAR for use at the JAFNPP.
The NRC concluded that the Authority's QA program had the necessary controls to comply with the requirements of Appendix B to 10 CFR 50.

MacRae, attorneys for PASNY and Niagara Mohawk to Ben C.
Rusche, Director, Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, NRC, which made application for an amendment to Facility Operating License DPR-59 to allow PASNY to operate the facility.
Chapter D.2.2 of the FSAR was among the documents sent in support of the application.
