Dear Mr. Ziemann:
Our letter (Reference 1) submitted additional changes to the MASP and identified temporary compensatory measures to provide equivalent l
protection in lieu of currently non-implemented systems to provide protection required by 10CFR 73.55.
Although we have continued to utilize all available financial and labor resources to fully implement the MASP I
to prolonged adverse winter conditions and on the part of the principal supplier of electronic interface equipment for security surveillance and de-tection components have M timely completion of installation work. to this letter provides the current status of imple-mentation of the MASP together with revised estimates for completion of unfinished work. consists of drawings and figures related to the changed MASP.
