SECTIOil 2 - Special Provisions, Page 2-2, Article III, Paracraph A is modified by (a) deleting the figere $9,927,063.00 and substituting the figure $10,156,769.10 in lieu thereof.

Contract flo. NRC-10-78-580 Modification No.1 Page 2 (c) SECTION 2 - Special Provisions, the following new Article XXII is added as follows:
ARTICLE XXII - Security / Classification a.
The contractor and contractor's personnel will be governed by the provisions of the Security / Classification Requirements, NRC Form 187, attached hereto and forming a part of this contract.
b.
Nothwithstanding the Clause 48 of Section 4 - General Provisions entitled " Security," the parties hereto agree that the NRC contract shall be the Authorized Classifier for all classified information or material delivered under this contract and NRC shall provide classification guidance to the contractor as required in the performance of this contract.
c.
The contractor and contractor's personnel will be governed by, and shall assign classification markings to information or material, originated or generated by the contractor as determined by the Project contact.
d.
If subsequent to the date of this contract, the security level under the contract is changed by the Commission and such change causes an increase or decrease in the estimated cost or the time required for performance under this contract, the contract cost, delivery schedule, or both and any other

provisions of the contract that may be affected shall be subject to an equitable adjustment by reason of such increased er decreased costs.
(d) SECTION 3 - Statement of Work and Deliverables, Page 3-3, Paragraph II-A.1 is modified by deleting the Colon (:) after " reports" and adding "... and provide interactive, real-time access to the Title List and to the Subject Index."
(e) SECTION 3 - Statement of Work and Deliverables, Page 3 a, Paragraph II-Bl.1, Second Paragraph, last line, after " category" is modified by adding the following new sentence "These shall be available to the staff, in an on-line, real-time basis as well as ia computer print out or hard-copy fo rm. "
(f) SECTION 3 - Statement of Work and Deliverable, Page 3-5, Paragraph II-Bl.3, the following new paragrarh is added:
The Contractor shall provide an on-line, real-time capability to retrieve information from the Title List data base, from the time the sufficient amounts of information are in the data base.

(h) SECTION 6 - Pricing Schedule, Page 6-1, Paragraph (5) is modified by deleting the first twelve lines beginning with "This paragraph..."
and ending with "... year of the contract" in its entirety and substituting the following in lieu thereof:
(5)This paragraph sets forth the terms of an option to purchase the hardware and software set forth in A(6), Tables 1-5.

ORIGINAL The NRC may, at its option purchase the system set forth in A(6), Tables 1-5, at any time after the basic period of performance and nineteen payments having been rendered to the Contractor. The NRC will receive a user allowance credit toward purchase of continuously leased systems at a price of $3,765,342 under the basic contract. The user allowance shall be 63% of the cumulative monthly-lease payments if the system is purchased during the third year of the contract, and 50% of the cumulative monthly-lease payments if the system is purchased after the third year of the contract.
FUTURE SYSTEM EXPANSION The NRC may, at its option purchase additional expansion equipment set forth in subsequent tables incorporated by contract modifications at any time after twenty-four months of continuous leasing from the contractor.
The NRC will receive a user allcwance credit toward purchase of continuously leased systems at a price established under the contract modi fications. The usage allowance shall be 63% of the cumulative monthly-lease paynents if the system be purchased after the twenty-fourth payment and 50% of the cumulative monthly-lease payments if the system is purchased after the 36th payment.

SECTION 6 - Pricing Schedule, Page 6-3, the following new Tables l A and 18, attached hereto and forming a part of this modification are added before Table 2.

SECTION 6 - Pricing Schedule, Page 6-6, Paragraph (8)a, the third line is modified by deleting "(Date General Corporation)" in its entirety.

Contract No. NRC-10-78-580 Modification No.1 Page 4 (k) SECTION 6, Page 6-12, Paragraph C(3) is modified to reflect an increase of $708 due to an administrative error.
Therefore, the figure
$5,760,158 is deleted in its entirety and the figure $5,760,866 is substituted in lieu thereof.
Pargra hs (a), (b), (c), (g), (h) and (j) are administrative changes and result in no change in the estimated total amount of the contract, fee or delivery schedule under the contract.
Paragraphs (d), (e), (f), (i) and (k) result in an increase of $229,706.10 in the total amount of the contract and ceiling price.
