Subject:

Consolidated Controls Request to Export Detectors To Italy (XCOM0248)

The staff advised Consolidated Controls on May 8 that a license was required for the export of detectors to Italy.

The Company was not aware of this requirement and had anticipated exporting the detectors immediately, as the Company's letter of credit with the consignee expires on May 16.

l To assist the Company in obtaining a license before the expiration of the letter of credit, this license was issued without the customary 15-day waiting period.
