DISPOSITION; AND MOTION TO EXTEND TIME FOR REPLY On April 3, 1979, Houston Lighting & Power Company (Houston), Texas Utilities Generating Company, and the City of Austin filed certain motions with the Board. The NRC Staff has now moved to extend time for responding to those motions from April 16, 1979, the date fixed by the Board, until April 23, 1979.
