This is in response to your letter of January 23, 1979 reporting changes made to the Physical Protection Plan for West Jefferson fiuclear Science Area.
We have reviewed these changes and determined that the modifications do not reduce the effectiveness of the physical protection plan and are, therefore, acceptable.
We have established that the enclosure to your January 23, 1979 letter contains information of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d) and shall be subject to disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12.
In addition, we are withholding from public disclosure the en-closure to your letter cited above, since it is classified SECRET.
