This is to advise you that the Commissioners have reviewed the subject license to Transnuclear, Incorporated.
The Commission (with all Commissioners concurring) has accepted your recommendation to import from France 22.701 kilograms of uranium, enriched to 73.12% U-235, in the form of UF6*
The Office of International Programs was informed of this action by telephone on April 20, 1979.
It is requested that you provide notification of the issuance and delivery of this license to Transnuclear by c.o.b.
April 24, 1979.
