This is to advise you that the Commissioners have reviewed the subject license to Exxon Nuclear Company, Incorporated.
The Commission (with a.ll Commissioners concurring) has accepted your recommendation to import from the USSR 40,000 kilograms of uranium, enriched to 3.1% U-235, in the form of UF -
6 The Office of International Programs was informed of this action by telephone on April 20,- 1979.
9 It is requested that you provide notification of the issuance and delivery of this license to Exxon by c.o.b. April 24, 1979.
