ORDER INCLUDIE CP&L IN PROIECITVE ORDER OF APRIL 9,1979 (May 18,1979)
Houston Lighting and Power Capany (HLSP) filed on May 15, 1979 a motion to include Central Power and Light Company (CP&L) within the tezms and conditions of the Board's Protective Order of April 9,1979, which covered the production to Brownsville of HIAP documents designated " confidential".
CP&L has agreed to be bound by this protective order. Accordingly, all documents produced by HLSP for PUB's inspection and copying and designated "cnnfidmtial", which are reviewed by CP&L, shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the Protective Order of April 9,1979.
It is so ordered.
