This letter responds to your March 21, 1979 request to reference the Quality Assurance (QA) program in effect at the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station - Unit 1.
In accordance with 10CFR 71.51, Toledo Edison is utilizing the " Toledo Edison Nuclear Quality Assurance Manual" with the latest revision dated January 8, 1979, for shipments of Type B quantities of radioactive material as required by 10CFR 71.12.
