We have reviewed the information and recommendations presented in IE Bulletin No. 79-04 which was enclosed with Reference 1.
There are no check valves manufactured by the Velan Engineering Corporation in use at LACBWR.
Consequently, actions as specified in the subject bulletin are not required.
