Dear Sir:
IE Bulletins 78-12,12A and 12B collectively requested that PGE provide a variety of information on the Trojan reactor pressure vessel weld materials. We have requested this infor-mation from Westinghouse Electric Corporation, our reactor vendor. As stated in IE Bulletin 78-12B, standing that the NRC has met with all of the reactor vendors to discuss the quantity and format of information they require.
We have been informed by Westinghouse that due to the volune of information to be compiled, PGE cannot provide the NRC-requested informa-tion before July 15, 1979.
We therefore request an extension of the IE Bulletin response deadline to July 15, 1979.
