10CFR Part 71.51, Establishment and Maintenance of a Quality Assurance Program In response to reference (4), YAEC requests that the specific revision number of YOQAP-1-A not be designated and the revision be understood to be the latest.
The reason for this request is that reference to a specific revision would require maintenance of a separate, static QA program, Revision 6, for 10CFR71.51 in addition to the dynamic QA program for the balance of activities. This would be contrary to 10CFR71.51 (d).
