ORDER The Applicants have submitted a motion for summary disposition with respect to certain of Dr. Fankhauser's contentions.
Pursuant to our order of April 6, 1979, responses were to be filed by May 1, 1979.
By telephone, the Staff has requested a one-day exten-sion of time for it to file its response, citing adminis-trative difficulties.
It also seeks the same extension for Dr. Fankhauser.
It advises that the Applicants are opposed to the extension.
It does not appear that the one-day extension will result in any delay in the eventual completion of this proceeding.
