As requested in the referenced d tter, we are submitting a full report which reflects the findings of an intensive internal review launched immediately upon our discovery of the discrepancy.
As the report contains private and proprietary information, was generated voluntarily by us, and contains 10CFR2.790(d) information, we assume that it will not be made public.
Further, the commitments and changes discussed therein e UNC-internal transactions, and do not acknowledge culpability.
Accordingly, in our interpretation, the report does not per se establish new bases for inspection.
