Dear Mr. Hind:
This is in reply to your February 20, 1979 letter which refers to the inspection conducted by your Mr. T. J. Madeda and Mrs. J. C. Scheffer on January 23-26, 1979, at the Kerr-McGee Plutonium Plant.
Specifically, you requested an explanation of the actions we are taking to correct four items found to be in non-compliance with NRC requirements.
These items and our corrective activ.ity are submitted as a separate enclo-sure since the subject matter is exempt from disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790.
