Dear Ladies and Gentlemen:
The Board has received Applicant's letter dated March 12, 1979 and an enclosure indicating that Applicant hi ow committed to barge the reactor pressure vessel up the waterway on the San Bernard River, and then overland to the site. The addressees are requested to advise whether or not, because of Applicant's current plans, the Board should now admit PIRG Additional Contention 1 and Hinderstein Contention 3 which were rejected in our Order Ruling Upon Intervention Petitions dated February 9, 1979.
Further, Applicant is requested to advise
