Department of State and a letter dated January 8,1979 from the Institute for Resource Management, Inc., regarding the withdrawal of license applications XSNM00960, XSNM00970, and XR-136 to Bolivia because the Government of Bolivia cancelled the project.
It has been becught to our attention that export license application s.
XSNM00930 should also be cancelled as this material was to be used in the same project.
