Tennessee Valley Authority, Facility Operating License Nos. DPR-33 and DPR-52, pursuant to the provision of Title 10 CFR 71.12(b), " Packaging of Radioactive Materials Under Certain Conditions," hereby informs the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Cocmission that we plan to ship radioactive materials, specifically irradiated reactor power monitors and other core internals, from Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant, using the Chem-Nuclear Systens, Inc., 1-13C cask (model CNS 1600). Certificate of Compliance No. 9081 was issued to Chem-Nuclear Systems, Inc., for package identification No. USA /9081/B( ) under docket No. 71-9081.
