Appendix A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Miami University License No. 34-01329-07 Based on the inspection conducted on January 17, 1979, it appears that certain of your activities were in noncompliance with NRC requirements, as noted below.
This item is an infraction.
Condition 17 of your license requires that licensed' material be possessed and used in accordance with statements, representations and procedures contained in your application and certain referenced letters.
The letter dated December 6, 1977, item entitled "G-M Survey Meter Calibration Procedure," requires G-M survey meters be calibrated at least once every six months.
Contrary to the above, on the day of inspection, you failed to have calibrated Eberline E-120 Serial No. 2935 (PHYS 6) G-M survey meter.
