ORDER On January 31, 1979, the Staff issued its Safety Evaluation Report (SER) in this operating license pro-ceeding.
(The Licensing Board did not receive its copies until February 12, 1979.)
With the issuance of that report, it appears appropriate to establish the following schedule and to convene a prehearing conference.

Close of discovery (except March 5, 1979 for discovery relating to new information which may appear in forthcoming SER supplements) 2.
Last day for filing motions March 16, 1979 for summary disposition 3.
