Enclosed herewith in accordance with the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission Regulatory Guide 10.1, are twelve (12) each copies of the Authority's report titled " Reactor Contain-ment Building Integrated Leak Rate Test."
The referenced test was performed during the 1978 Refueling Outage at the James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant in accordance with 10 CFR 50, Apprendix J.
