ORDER On January 26, 1979, Applicant Duke Power Company moved the Atomic Safety and Licensing Appeal Board for an extension of time to February 12, 1979, to file its brief in opposition to the appeal and brief filed in this proceeding by North Carolina Public Interest Research Group.
