REQUEST FOR LEAVE TO FILE REPLY Pursuant to the provisions of 10 C.F.R. 2.730 (c),
Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PGandE) hereby requests leave to reply to Intervonors' Answer on Opposition to Licensco's Motion to IIold Proceedings in Abeyance, dated February 5, 1979.
PGandE makes this request in order to respond to Intervonors' assertions that PGandE is engaging in dilatory conduct in socking additional time to complete further geologic and scismic investigations in connection with its license amendment.
- Further, PGandE wishes to comment on intervonors' allegations of prejudice regarding proceedings now pending before the California Public Utilities Commission.
For the foregoing reasons, PGandE requests that it be oranted leave to reply.
