This is to supplement our letter of November 22,1978 in which we informed you that the NRC had not completed licensing action oi your application XCOM0057 for the export of components to Finland via Sweden.
In accordance with the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Act, we are providing this follow-up report on the status of this application.
The Department of State still has not received the required generic assurances concerning retransfers from the countries that will be importing the equipment.
Until these assurances are received, we are unable to issue a license for the export of components to these countries.
