2. It is agreed that with rescect to (i) bcdily iniury or prcoerty darage caused, durine the efective period of this enoorsenent, by the radioactive, toxic, explcsive or other hazardous properties of nuclear raterial, and (ii) contingent liability as provided in Condition 4 for excess incurred losses because retrospective premium cue under one or core binders with respect to such bodily injury or procerty darace is not paid;

a. The word "corpanies" wherever used in the policy means the subscribing corpanies listed on the reverse side of this ent'orserent.

b. The policy shall be binding on such corpanies only.

c. Each such ccrpany shall be liable only for its proportion Wi;r ted next to its name of any obligation assured or expense incurred under the policy.

3. It is acreed that the effective period of this endorsement is from the beginning of the effective date cf this endorsement stated belew, to the close of Cecerber 31st of the Calendar Year designated in the capticn abcve, or to the tire ef the termination or cancellation of the Draft f' aster Policy, or this binder, whichever first occurs, eastern standard tire. '
