The subject report has been transmitted to thc. Nuclear Regulatory Commission by General Electric Co. via Mr. L. J. Sobon's letter to Mr. V.
Stello, dated December 28, 1978. This report provides information required to define the hydrodynamic loads produced on the containment system of domestic Mark I plants dt. ring postulated loss-of-coolant-accidents, safety / relief valve discharges, and related dynamic events. The report NEDO-21888 should be in-cluded on the Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station docket.
