U HIGH-ENRICHED URANIUM TOlC iADA (APPLICATION XSNM01292)
C (COMMISSIONER ACTION ITEM)
This is to advise you that the Comissioners have reviewed the subject s ~
license to Transnuclear, Incorporated. The Comission (with all Comissioners concurring) has accepted your reccmmendation to export to Canada 198 kilograms of uranium, enriched to 93.3% U-235, in the form of uranium metal.
In connection with his concurrence, Comissioner Gilinsky has requested that he be provided with whatever economic analyses are available on the conversion to LEU of the reactors in which this material will be used.
The Office of International Programs was informed of this action by
