M l7 I will not be submitting Proposed Findings of Fact and Conclusion of Law in the requested time period of two weeks following the completion of the hearing on November 3,1978.
This is primarily due to an increased work load incered by my two week absence during the hearings.
I would like to emphasize my interest in this matter as I do intend to sub-mit Proposed Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law at the conclusion of the second set of hearings en Interim Operation.
