PREPARATION FOR CO:! CRETE CELLS FOR THE ERCW PUMPING STATION ACCESS ROADWAY - NCR 37 - REVISED FINAL REPORT The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-OIE Inspector J. K. Rausch on June lh, 1976.

Interim reports were sent on July lb, August 20, October 29, and December 22, 1976. Additional interim reports were sub.itted on January 16 and July 7,1978. A final report was submitted on August 1, 1978. Enclosed is our revised final report.
