-g On October 20, 1978, local Icak rate testing of the fligh Pressure Coolant Injection System exhaust isolation valve, IIPCT-9, indicated that the leakage exceeded the acceptance criteria for individual isolation valves as defined by Technical Specification 4.7.A.2.f.

On October 22, 1978, local Icak rate testing of the Reactor Water Cleanup System isolation valves, hD 2397 and FD 2398, indicated that the leakage through that valve pair exceeded the acceptance criteria for individual These isolation valves as defined by Technical S wcification 4.7.A.2.f.
I valves are tested as a unit. Therefore, individual valve leakages are not reasured.
