QUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAM APPROVAL FOR RADIOACTIVE MATERIAL PACKAGES NO. 0958, REVISION 1
Dear Ms. Davis:
Enclosed is the revised Quality Assurance Program (QAP) Approval for Radioactive Material Packages No. 0958, Revision No. 1, in response to your request for a revision to your QAP dated April 22, 2019, Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS)
Accession No. ML19170A271, and supplemented by your response to U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissions (NRC) request for additional information dated on September 12, 2019 (ADAMS Accession No. ML19283C267). This Approval satisfies the requirements of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 71.17(b) and 71.101(c) for a QAP approved by the NRC.
Termination of your materials license does not cause this Approval to be automatically terminated. If you wish to amend this Approval and have determined it reduces commitments, or terminate this Approval, please request it in writing.
This letter also serves as a reminder that if you are using or planning to use an NRC-approved package, you must be registered for use of that package with NRC. Registration for use of NRC-approved packages should be made pursuant to 10 CFR 71.17(c)(3).
