This letter refers to the routine safeguards inspection of your activities authorized under NRC License No. SNM-696 conducted by Mr. G. B. Nelson of this office on September 23 through 26, 1985.
It also refers to the discussion of his inspection findings with certain members of your staff on September 26, 1985.
Areas examined during this inspection are described in the enclosed inspection report. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspector.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were cbserved.
In accordance with Section 2.790(d) of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, documentation of the findings of your control and accounting procedures for safeguarding F?ecial nuclear material are excupt from public disclosure; therefore, the enclosed inspectior report vill not be placed in the Public Document Room.
