0 ELD CONTACT REGARDING REQUESTED HEARINGS ON DRESDEN 1 DECONTAMINATICN In response to your instmetion, the Project Manager has contacted OELD (Myron Karman) with regard to the status of the request for hearings on tne Dresden 1 decontamination.
Mr. Karman contacted Sheldon Tmbach in the Office of the General Counsel and was informd that 0GC's recocraendations on this issue has gone to the Comi ssicn.
The Project Manager was informd that he should not try to contact OGC directly on this issue since that could be construed as an ex-parte contact on a matter under ajudicatory review.
