RIVER BEND STATION UNIT 1 DOCKET NO. 50-458 On December 6, 1979, Gulf States Utilities verbally notified you of a potentially reportable deficiency with regard to miscellaneous steel provided by Cives Steel Company.
This potential problem has been evaluated, and it has been determined that it is not a reportable defi-ciency under 10CFR 50.55(e).
This concludes our review of this matter.
