TUGCO'S MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO RESPOND TO DEPARTMENT'S MOTION FOR MOTION TO COMPEL The Department of Justice served a motion to compel to TUGCO, et al., by mail on February 6, 1979.
However the motion was not received by Dallas counsel for TUGCO, et al.,
until February 14, 1979 nor by Washington counsel for TUGCO et al.,
(due to mailing to our former address) until February 15, 1979.
We calculate that a response would ordinarily be due by February 21, 1979.
That schedule is premised upon a minimum of 10 days from the date on which a motion would be received.
Taking this factor into account, and the availability and other commitments of counsel, we respectfully move for an extension of time within which to res-pond until "=.rch 2, 1979.
