Dear Mr. Roisman:
By letter dated January 3,1979, I advised you that the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's technical staff was reviewing the justification of Terry Corporation's proprietary claim in relation to the enclosures to their May 11, 1978 letter.
That review has now been completed and these enclosures continue to be confidential business (proprietary) information and are being withheld from public disclosure pursuant to exemption (4) of the Freedom of Information Act (5 U.S.C. 552(b)(4)) and 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) of the Commission's regulations.
