ORDER AMENDING PROTECTIVE ORDER OF JANUARY 5,1979 In order that the bases for the Board's ruling will be reflected, the last sentence of the first full paragraph at page 3 of the Protec-tive Order of January 5,1979 is amended to read as follows:
... Upon consideration of the views expressed by counsel for all parties, the Board concluded that the entire report should be made available only for the former purpose and so ruled because it had previously denied intervenors' similar contention, which the Board considered untimely, and because the Board is competent and more than willing to pose questions arising out of the Reed Report.
