Dear Mr. Denton:
Enclosed for filing with the Commission are three originals and 37 copies of Philadelphia Electric Company's Application for Amendment of Facility Operating Licenses DPR-44 and DPR-56.
This Application requests changes in the Technical Specifications contained in Appendices A and B of the Peach Bottom Units 2 and 3 Technical Specifications to include specifications relating to Appendix I to 10 CFR Part 50.
The changes to the Technical Specifications are being submitted in response to a request from the Regulatory Staff dated July 11, 1978.
In accordance with Section 170.12 of the Commission's regulations, I am enclesing a check dated February 20, 1979, payable to the United f tates Nuclear Regulatory Commission in the amount of $4,400 to cover the filing fee for this Application.
