Enclosed are proposed changes to the Arkansas Nuclear One - Units 1 and 2 (ANO-1 and 2) Technical Specifications and Environmental Technical Specifications for your review and approval. The Board of Directors of Arkansas Power 6 Light Company has reassigned the Company's " authorized officer", William Cavanaugh III, from his current position of Executive Director, Generation and Construction to a new capacity of Vice President, Generation and Construction. This request reflects this change and will serve to inform the staff that Mr. Cavanaugh will continue to serve as the authorized officer of APGL.
We have determined these Amendments to be Class II (Administrative in nature) and Class I (Duplicate for second unit), requiring a total fee of $1600.00. A check for that amount is also enclosed.
