4 As a result of the site visit conducted by the NRC Staff and its consultants (the Senior Seismic Review Team - SSRT) and as part of the program discussed d
in Reference (1), the NRC Staff requested that Connecticut Yankee Atomic Power Company (CYAPCO) supply additional information related to various aspects of the seismic design for the Haddam Neck Plant.
In partial response to that request, CYAPCO is submitting the attached "Repor* cn Pressure Testing of Reactor Containment".
In addition, also attached b one set of the slides used as part of the presentations made during the site visit by the Northeast Utilities Service Company (NUSCO) staff; these supplement the written material given to the NRC Staff and SSRT during the site visit.
As discussed during the February 22, 1979 meeting, CYAPC0 awaits *.he formal definition by the NRC Staff of additional information that may be required, and the schedule for obtaining such information.
When such definition has been completed, discussions can take place regarding the level of commitment of resources necessary from CYAPCO.
